3. Inregard to the casting iron floor and plastic floor, we have different specificationsand colors. We can make per your requirements. We can offer special plasticfloor for piglet.

Theexisting size of plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm and 600mm*700mm. Thematerial is PP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.

Theexisting size of casting iron floor is 600mm*700mm, 700mm*700mm, 600mm*600mmand so on. The material is QT450-10. The surface treatment is black dipped paint.The load capacity of each rib is 600kg.

4. The material of the feeders in thepicture is Stainless steel, we can also make per your requirements.

In regard to the feeder and water cup forpiglet, we can offer per your requirements.

In regard to the feeder for sow, we canoffer per your requirements. The sow feeder in the picture is a kind of stainlesssteel sow feeder. On its top is a kind of stainless steel hopper. We can offerthe separate water tube with nipple drinker for sow, of which height can beadjusted. So, it is very convenient for sow to drink.

5. In regard to the heat preservationequipment, we can offer heating lamp, insulating box (heating box) and heatingfloor which is not shown in the picture.

6. In regard to the beam, we can offer peryour requirements. Weuse FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Farrowing crate. Wecan also offer the galvanized sheet one.
